COVID-19

DUE TO COVID-19, WE PREFER GUESTS TO PHONE THE HOTEL AND GUARANTEE THEIR BOOKING BY CREDIT CARD.

This avoids having to pay any Administration costs if you have to cancel due to Covid-19 symptoms.

We can only take Credit Card details over the phone due to PCI Compliance.

If you prefer, you can still pay a Deposit rather than secure the booking by Credit Card but any Deposit will be subject to an Administration Charge if the accommodation is cancelled.

REDUCED VAT

THE GOVERNMENT HAVE TEMPORARILY REDUCED VAT TO 5% FOR ALL STAYS COMMENCING BEFORE 1ST OCTOBER 2021.

THEY HAVE ALSO REDUCED VAT TO 12.5% FOR ALL STAYS COMMENCING BETWEEN 1ST OCTOBER 2021 UNTIL 1ST APRIL 2022.

FROM 1ST APRIL 2022 THE NORMAL VAT RATE OF 20% WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RATES.

UNLESS THE ACCOMMODATION RATE IS PAID IN FULL BY 31ST SEPTEMBER 2021 (5% RATE)  OR 31st MARCH 2022 (12.5%) YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VAT AT THE HIGHER RATE. 

THEREFORE IF YOUR STAY STARTS BEFORE A CUT OFF DATE AND FINISHES AFTER THE CUT OFF DATE PLEASE PAY ANY ACCOMMODATION COSTS AT THE START OF YOUR STAY OTHERWISE THE ACCOMMODATION COST WILL BE INCREASED TO COVER THE HIGHER VAT RATE.

(Rates including the 5% VAT rate must be paid by 31st September 2021 otherwise VAT at 12.5% will be applied)

(Rates including the 12.5% VAT rate must be paid by 31st March 2022 otherwise VAT at 20% will be applied)

All Guests must complete a Booking Form prior to arrival date. This includes information required for the Registration Form.
(Should any information change after completing this form, please inform the Hotel prior arrival. )
Guests booking through agents such as Booking.Com must complete a Pre Registration Form at least 24 hours before arrival date.
This will speed up Check In process as the pre-printed Registration Form will be placed in a sealed envelope with a sanitised room key for you to pick up on arrival.
We do ask that you do check the Registration Form in your room on arrival and let Reception know if there are any errors.
CHECK IN
Guests can Check In from 2.00pm
Bedrooms will not be available before 2.00pm
FEELING UNWELL
Please respect and protect other guests and staff members. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come, just cancel as soon as possible.
We will be checking all Employee's temperatures before they start their shift but reserve the right to check guest temperature's if we feel the need to do so.
We will not charge any Cancellation Charges if you cancel due to possible Covid-19 symptons. If you have paid a deposit through a payment gateway, there will be a small charge to cover administration costs or you can use the full amount towards a future booking.

A PRE-PAID DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ACCOMMODATION UNLESS THE ACCOMMODATION IS SECURED BY CREDIT CARD

CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE BASED ON THE NOTICE GIVEN AND WHETHER A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID OR THE BOOKING HAS BEEN SECURED BY CREDIT CARD

AT LEAST 14 DAYS NOTICE. 
7.5% Administration Charge unless the Deposit is used for a future booking.

  No refund unless the Accommodation can be re-let.

Full rate will be charged.

CONDITIONS
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS PROPERTY
Loss or Damage to guests property will only be covered under the "Hotel Proprietors Act 1956"
A copy of which is displayed at the Hotel Reception.
FREE PARKING ON HOTEL GROUNDS.
Vehicles left in the Hotel Car Park or grounds are left solely, at the owners risk.
The Hotel will not be held responsible, for any damage caused to a vehicle, or anything stolen from a vehicle, whilst left in the Hotel grounds.
THE HOTEL HAS A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY.
Anybody who smokes in any of the Hotel Bedrooms, will be asked to leave immediately, and pay any costs incurred, including the full accommodation cost.
GUESTS ARE LIABLE TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT THEY MAY CAUSE AT THE HOTEL
