All Guests must complete a Pre-Registration Form prior to arrival date.
The Information given on this new Booking Form will usually suffice, otherwise you will be asked to complete the additional online Registration Form.
This will speed up Check In process as the pre-printed Registration Form will be placed in a sealed envelope with a sanitised room key for you to pick up on arrival.
We do ask that you do check the Registration Form in your room on arrival and let Reception know if there are any errors.

Guests can Check In from 2.00pm
Bedrooms will not be available before 2.00pm
FEELING UNWELL
Please respect and protect other guests and staff members. If you are feeling unwell, please do not come, just cancel as soon as possible.
We will be checking all Employee's temperatures before they start their shift but reserve the right to check guest temperature's if we feel the need to do so.
We will not charge any Cancellation Charges if you cancel due to possible Covid-19 symptons. If you have paid a deposit through a payment gateway, there will be a small charge to cover administration costs or you can use the full amount towards a future booking.
